ABSTRACT AUTOMATIC DISPENSER FOR MICROCONTROLLER BASED TUNANETRA Rio Afriyanus 1601041038 In the era of increasingly rapid technological development automated systems are needed to facilitate human work to be effective and efficient. One of them is in the utilization of clean water. Water is a human need, because 70% of the human body consists of water. Gallons and dispensers are widely used as an alternative to storing and heating water, but in the use of dispensers we still need time to wait for the glass to be fully filled, often water is wasted due to negligence in filling the glass, in addition to blind people taking water from this dispenser has risks, besides being exposed to hot water, water that is filled in glass is often wasted. For this reason, an Automatic Dispenser Building Design for Blind People Based on Microcontrollers has been made. This tool works when the hot or cold button is pressed then the stepper motor will position the conveyor in accordance with the desired water position, then the water will come out filling the glass, the ultrasonic sensor will read the water level and the infrared sensor will read the position and height of the glass. After the glass is filled, the buzzer will sound indicating the glass is fully charged.
